Giga Energy creates a Shared Google Drive that houses your specific order's documentation. This would've been sent to you by our Customer Support Team from customersupport@gigaenergy.com. The Shared Drive contains items such as:

Physical Container - Shelf layout, how the feeder wires come in from the transformer, and the specs of the container itself

Networking - Topology drawing and network switch specs

Switchgear - Electrical drawings/schematics, component BOM with manuals

Fans + Cooling - Specs for the exterior G1 and interior pleated paper filters as well as exhaust fan specs

If there is additional documentation or more information about a specific component you are needing, please Submit a Ticket and our  Customer Support Team will be happy to assist.

Arrange Electrician

Coordinate with an electrician to terminate your units. The earlier you line this up the better. Feel free to share the Electrical Documentation in your customer folder with them. This includes the bus bar specifications and Electrical Schematic

Do some initial due diligence with the authority having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to see what type of inspection is required. Although we use UL listed electrical components, we do not have a full unit certification or listing

The steps and information provided above are intended as general guidelines only. They are not a substitute for professional advice or service. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, injuries, or losses that may result from following these steps. All electrical work should be performed by a qualified and licensed professional in accordance with local codes and safety regulations.
