Power Up an Airbox Container

Before powering up a container, ensure all PDU breakers are off as well as all fans have been turned off via the HMI

1) Ensure main breaker in switchgear cabinet is ready to be turned on

A) Ensure main breaker displays 'Charged'

If displaying 'Charged', proceed to step B

If displaying 'Discharged', use charging handle to charge the breaker

Once charged, you'll see the display change from 'Discharged' to 'Charged'

B) Check status of 'Ok' display

If display reads 'Ok' (no strike through): Proceed to Step 2

If display reads 'Ok' (strike through):

Ensure breaker displays 'Charged', see Step 1A above

Ensure inner switchgear door is closed

Ensure there is power to the main breaker

Check Smart/Trip Unit built into the breaker

'Run' light should be powered on

2) Turn on main breaker

Once main breaker displays 'Ok' and 'Charged', push the red button to turn on the main breaker

3) Turn on PDU breakers

Turn on PDU breakers one by one allowing 3-5 seconds in between. This prevents any potential overload while powering on the container

4) Turn on exhaust fans

Use HMI to turn power on to fans

5) Turn on miner load based on site preference
